Peep toes - Saturday shopping

One of the best ways to transition to spring is with the peep toe bootie or shootie. I love them. It's still cool enough in spring for a bootie but warm enough to let your toes out. So go get yourself a pedi and one of these fabulous pairs of shoes. I've chosen twelve for your perusal.

Happy Shopping!

A little spring

Cardigan- TJMaxx (old)  option  option  option
blouse- Loft (old)  option  option
pants- Loft
shoes- Payless  option  option  option
necklace- Maurices  option
earrings- Cato  option
purse- Belk - option  option  option

The temps rise and I start feeling the need to dress more like spring. I kept it this outfit a little on the wintery side with the pants and cardigan, but added some color with the top. Even though I was a hot mess from running around in the wind all day, I really liked how this outfit turned out.

Camel and grey

Sweater- Loft  option  option
scarf- Vera Bradley (gift)  option  option
pants- Limited  option  option
shoes- Payless     option
worn Feb. 23, 2016

Yes,  I did just wear these pants last week. I often repeat work wear pieces like that. Soft grey and camel is a combination I've been seeing a lot of last winter and this year. I had to try it for myself before winter got away. I like it. Oh, and aren't the buttons in the back of the sweater adorable?

Excuse the fake smiles and crappy expressions on my face. I was really tired when I took these photos after work and a storm was coming. Sometimes it's really hard to get motivated to take pics of myself when I really just want to put on pajamas and crawl into bed. Thankfully, tomorrow is Friday.

Grey and coral

Blouse- Gap  option   option   option
Blazer and pants- Sears/old  option   option
necklace- JCP  option  option
shoes- Payless  option  option   option
worn February 22, 2016

I decided to brighten up the greys with a little color.(see this suit HERE with polka dots.) When the temps start rising, I start thinking about spring and color. I've worn something similar to this before, but the shoes are a new addition.
I love how this color pops against the grey. These are from the Payless comfort line- one of my favorite shoes, and at 29.99, or 19.99 on sale, they are similar. Sorry, I can't link to them, but I've linked to some other shoes in similar colors.

Do you have a favorite brand of shoes? Please share, I'd love the hear. One of my other favorites in a reasonable price range is Ann Klein.

Baseball tee

Tee- Forever 21     option  option  option
jeans- Levis  option  option
shoes- Macy's  option  option  option
bracelets- Forever 21, gift
earrings- gift  option  option

This baseball tee has been in my dresser drawer for over a year- unworn. Oops. I threw it on Sunday to go run some errands. But I couldn't just wear jeans and a tee, so I threw on my leopard sneakers and some fancy earrings.

Do you have any unworn pieces in your wardrobe that have been there for a significant amount of time? Care to shyly raise your hand?

Marsala and leopard

Blazer- old  option  option
sweater- Dress Barn (old)  option option
Pants- Limited  option  option  option
shoes- Payless   option   option
necklace- Poshmark  option  option  option
earrings- Sears  option  option
clutch- Nordstrom/ Sole Society similar but not leopard
Worn Feb. 19, 2016

This combination of marsala (burgundy) sweater (worn before here)  and camel pants (with navy and red here ) just screamed to have leopard with it. I could have added my leopard pumps but went with the lower heel nude ones and pulled in the leopard with the clutch. I spent some of my Christmas money on the clutch after wanting and searching for one for over a year. The Clare V is out of my budget for a clutch. I carry a clutch as a fun bag on the weekends, but it doesn't serve me much during the work week. Totes are better suited for that.

What's your favorite bag choice?

Hope you had a great weekend. We spent it working on taxes, some photography projects and scrapbooking.
